A Little About Us

Established in 1988 and incorporated in 2006, Dale Andrews and Mike Paul have been working under the same general contracting license for over 20 years. We are a locally owned and operated company servicing the Los Angeles and Ventura County areas. As owners, Mike and Dale will personally oversee each and every project and all our estimates are done by an officer of Cal-State Construction. We offer personal customer service and will never send a salesman to your home. As a homeowner you are dealing with the same person from start to finish. All work is guaranteed and we will be available to you seven days a week.

Before becoming business partners both Mike and Dale had been working in the construction field for many years.The two met while working on a mutual job. Over the years they crossed paths often. Having a mutual respect for each others skills eventually led to a friendship. Frustration toward the get in get out mentality of the companies they had been working for and realizing they had a common bond in the desire to leave behind a happy customer, they decided to open a business together. Both men have a strong work ethic and understand the need for a client to feel comfortable, knowing they have hired an honest contractor. They believe the best form of advertising is through a satisfied client, a client who has experienced the kind of detail that Mike and Dale offer, one who knows that no concern is too small.

Dale Andrews has worked in the field of construction since the age of fifteen. Knowledgeable in all facets of construction he is also a skilled finished carpenter and when time allows designs and builds furniture. His ability to coordinate our staff at multiple jobs during each stage is what allows us to complete our projects on time and within budget.

Mike Paul has been in the general contracting field for over twenty-five years. His unique skills in communication keep our clients well informed as to the progress, details and schedule of each project. His attention to detail and customer satisfaction is what keeps our clients coming back.
